YAYYYYYY! I think the snow is over (knock wood)! The daffodils finally bloomed, and our party-crashing lilacs (or hyacinths?) have crashed the party again! Check them out:

wah, such wonderful colors! compared to the ones when it snowed. :)
my fav would be tulips… always looking out for them last time at the school ground. (note look, not steal) :D

Nice one Sila. The tulips that i have growing now a bit cacat..probably because the weather sucks. One moment rain, one moment hail, one moment snow and then the sun. I think the tulips also confused.

Seriously, do you think with out climate, is there any chances for the daffodil to grow here? I’m asking cos someone just send me 3 bulbs to plant. I think i’ll have then kept in the air-con room. Keeping my finger cross.

purple d: eeek! that’s some funky weather you’re having…

HQ: you might want to put the bulbs in the freezer for like a month, and then plant. i think they need the freezing weather. or at least in the fridge.
