Another two weeks have passed, and again, I have grown like crazy. I feel like I should have a man with a top hat standing around yelling "Come one, come all!! Witness the amazing growing Sila!!!! Limited engagement!!!"

What more can I say but look!

A couple more angles so you can appreciate the belly-ness of the situation:

You can even tell by looking at me head-on

And for a little fun, the big brown blur is obviously my belly, but look how cute the little ceramic turtle is! :-)

What thoughts about pregnancy?

1) We've been to 3 out of the 4 childbirth classes and feel a lot more prepared and familiar with the process.

2) With 4 weeks left, I shudder to think how large I will be before the baby graces us with his/her presence.

3) Argh! Got to get the nursery prepared, like really!!

All in all, I feel pretty good really. Baby is active and healthy, running around kicking and moving. I feel pretty good most of the time too. The usual aches and pains, but minor considering what some other pregnant women go through. And there is a light at the end of the tunnel! We are getting there! Wish us luck! :-)

Rupture point is when the limit of elasticity is reached; this is typified, in the human, by an indication of the requirement to redecorate as sundry body parts draped on the walls is considered, in many societies, to be unsightly. Do you not think that Sila should, perhaps, be tended to by impartial and professional people as she appears to be very close to the elastic limit. Now. Today.

zarin: they’re arriving here in less than 3 weeks! by then agaknya i’ll be even huger!!

pak mat: said impartial and professional people will be tending to me tomorrow afternoon for an evaluation, and hopefully the elastic limit will not be reached prior to that! i hear innards are hell to clean off of carpets.. :-)

usman: i can’t believe you still have the balloons!!! you know i’ll bring the baby to the office one day. hope you are doing well too!
